How can I return my blanket?

To return your product, please email customer support using your your bill-to name, and we will walk you through the return process.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Your refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned blanket.

The refund window is 30 days after delivery. Any return received later than 30 days after delivery date to customer will not be refunded.


My blanket is too heavy. Can I exchange it for a lighter weight?

Yes! Please contact customer support here, and we will initiate the exchange process.
