How can I return my blanket?
To return your product, please email customer support noting your your bill-to name, and we will walk you through the return process. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING YOUR BLANKET.

Your refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned blanket.
The refund window is 30 days from delivery. Any return received later than 30 days after delivery date to customer will not be refunded.
BLANKETS RETURNED DIRTY WILL BE ASSESSED A $50 CLEANING FEE.
My blanket is too heavy. Can I exchange it for a lighter weight?
Yes! Please contact customer support here, and we will initiate the exchange process.

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days. Standard shipping is UPS ground.
To expedite shipping, choose 3-day expedited during checkout. (Processing time remains the same.)
We now ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. Shipping costs apply.
