BEFORE RETURNING YOUR BLANKET:
We recommend trying the blanket for ONE WEEK in the following ways:
The lines on the back of your blanket are soap stone scorings used during the production process. They will wash out. Feel free to contact us with any concerns, or refer to the "Thank You" card included with your blanket.

TO RETURN YOUR BLANKET:
1. Make sure your blanket is COMPLETELY CLEAN.
Unclean blankets will be assessed a $25 cleaning fee. When in doubt, please wash your blanket before returning.
2. Package the blanket for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We suggest using a USPS flat-rate priority box - it's the cheapest shipping method.
Include the order's BILLING NAME on the outside of the box.
(Boxes with no name will delay the refund.)
