What is your return policy for Christmas gifts?

Gifted orders will be eligible for return through January 15. 


Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning a blanket. 


How can I return my blanket?

To return your product, please email customer support noting your your bill-to name, and we will walk you through the return process. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING YOUR BLANKET.

Your refund will be processed 2-3 days after receipt and inspection of the returned blanket.

The refund window is 30 days from delivery. Any return received later than 30 days after delivery date to customer will be charged a $50 service fee.


My blanket is too heavy. Can I exchange it for a lighter weight?

Yes! Please contact customer support here, and we will initiate the exchange process.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Weighting Comforts will cover the cost of sending you the lighter blanket.

The return window is 30 days after delivery. Any return for exchange received later than 30 days after delivery date to customer will not be refunded.

Blankets returned dirty will incur a $50 cleaning fee.

There is a problem with the blanket I received. What can I do?

Free shipping is included with every blanket delivering within the US Lower 48.

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days. Standard shipping is UPS ground.

To expedite shipping, choose 3-day expedited during checkout. (Processing time remains the same.)

We now ship to Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping costs apply.

International Shipping - We now ship via UPS to Canada, Australia, and most of Europe. Shipping costs apply.**

**Heavy fees may be levied at the Canadian border, which we regret but have no control over. We recommend contacting UPS for further information.
