What to do before returning your blanket

We recommend trying the blanket for ONE WEEK in the following ways:

  • Place the weighted blanket on top of your comforter, covering your whole body from chest to toes.
  • Use the weighted blanket on top of your sheet, with no comforter.
  • Place the weighted blanket only on the lower half of your body.
  • Place the weighted blanket only on the upper half of your body.
  • If you have a feeling of anxiety with the blanket on you, take a deep breath and remind yourself, “I can remove this blanket at any time.” Some people find it takes several nights to adjust to the weight.
  • Consider exchanging for a lighter weight blanket.

The blue lines on your blanket are sewing lines used during the production process. They will wash out after a wash or two. Feel free to contact us with any concerns, or refer to the "Thank You" card included with your blanket.

How do I exchange my blanket?

HOW TO RETURN YOUR BLANKET:

If you decide to return your blanket, you are responsible for return shipping.

Our 30 day guarantee begins the day the package is delivered. If a blanket is returned to us postmarked later than 30 days from the day of the original delivery, the blanket will be repackaged and sent back to the original address.

1. Make sure your blanket is COMPLETELY CLEAN.

Unclean blankets will be assessed a $25 cleaning fee. When in doubt, please wash your blanket before returning. We do not accept damaged blankets.

2. Package the blanket for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We suggest using a USPS flat-rate priority box for most shipments as this is often the cheapest method. Write the order's BILLING NAME, ORDER NUMBER, and "RETURN" on the outside of the box for quicker processing (boxes without this information could delay the refund).

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you will receive a full refund for your return/exchange if the ship date on the package is within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of shipping back to our manufacturing facility.

What Blanket Weight Should I Buy?

If you're new to weighted blankets, we recommend that you choose the lightest weight available of the style you prefer. If after looking at this size chart you find yourself between two weights, we recommend you choose the lighter of the two.
